Day 3: Orgasm

Hi there. Welcome to our final day. It's been such a fun journey together.

And we're going out on a high: orgasm.

But orgasm is often framed as a goal. Here, we're going to approach it differently.

Orgasm is not something you force or perform. It is a physiological and energetic response that emerges when the body feels safe enough to open.

Safety.
Presence.
Arousal.
Capacity to feel sensation.

When these conditions are present, the nervous system shifts into a state of receptivity. From there, orgasm becomes less about achievement — and more about allowing a cycle of sensation, contraction, and release to complete.

Enjoy!

Foreplay is not a warm-up — it’s the foundation.

Day 1 focuses on:

  • Shifting out of go-mode

  • Awakening sensation and curiosity

  • Creating safety in your nervous system

How the body opens.

Day 3 focuses on:

  • Why orgasm supports nervous system regulation and hormonal balance

  • The role of slowness and parasympathetic activation

  • Different orgasmic pathways and why no one type is “better”

  • Why pressure and performance often block the body’s response

  • How increasing your capacity to feel changes everything

Practice: Heart & Womb Connection

This gentle practice reconnects the emotional and physical centers of your body.

With one hand on your heart and one on your womb (lower belly), you’ll use breath and attention to create circulation between these two spaces.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart governs consciousness and emotional regulation, while the Womb holds creative and sexual vitality. When the Heart is calm and present, the Womb can soften and open.

This is not about forcing sensation.
It’s about listening.

Day 1: Welcome! + Structure

Hello! I'm so glad you are here.

Check out the video for your introduction, followed by a short practice.

In our first exploration today we talk about what self care is, why it’s important and how to create the proper structure so that you can actually relax into it — you know, instead of getting pulled away by that item on your to do list you forgot to add.

Practice

Today your practice is to set the container for your self care.

This is a suggested ongoing practice.

The idea is that the container or the structure is set by your masculine energy by creating an uninterrupted space, a set time frame and an intention that allows your feminine energy to feel safe to relax into.

Your feminine energy (whether you identify as male, female or non-binary) is the energy that will allow you to soften, slow down and connect to your body.

An intention is your why for the practice. It is something that you can come back to over and over when your mind wanders or when you are feeling that itch to abandon your practice.

Materials

I've included materials here to support you around how to choose what self care activity to choose based on your time frame or if you are menstruating person, your phase of the cycle.

See you tomorrow where we explore more about the nervous system!
